Refund policy

Refunds are not accepted but can be evaluated on a case by case situation. If a request is being made for a refund it must be made within 5 days of receiving the order. The buyer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging. If a refund is approved you will receive store credit that must be redeemed within 6 months. All sale items are final sale and will not be considered for a refund. Earrings are final sale due to sanitation.
